Description: The seminar lasts approximately one hour. The seminar addresses the analysis of organization-external business information to find early signs of future opportunities and threats. Business strategy is discussed. Business Strategy and business information analysis are discussed from the standpoint of a fictitious organization.

Description: The workshop lasts approximately two and one half hours. The workshop's core is very similar to the seminar's core. However, we include more information, more analysis techniques, and more exercises in the workshop than in the seminar.
